Dr. Aman Upadhyay, M.D. is a pain medicine specialist board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He earned his undergraduate and medical degree from the esteemed Guaranteed Professional Program at The University of Illinois. He then completed a surgical internship At University Hospitals Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio and further completed an anesthesiology residency at Henry Ford Hospital where upon completion, he was awarded Resident of the year for the department and nominated as a top resident in the hospital system. Dr. Upadhyay then competed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital. Since then he has been practicing pain medicine and was Director of Pain Medicine Research at Henry Ford for a number of years. He is consistently recognized as a TOP DOC by Detroit's HOUR magazine. Along with joining our group he is also a member of the NFL players association Pain Medicine Council and acting Pain Management Physician for the Detroit Lions.
